The Association's Regional Care Adviser (RCA) works in the Clwyd area, has detailed knowledge of the care and management of Motor Neurone Disease. Working very closely with local statutory services and community care providers the RCA is able to provide support and advice to people with MND and their families.

Volunteer Development Co-ordinators (VDC) are regionally based staff who provide advice and support to Branches and other Volunteer groups and also encourage and help to set up new Branches and groups.

The Association offers information and support to people affected by the disease. It is available Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and 7.00pm-10.30pm. There is a message facility for people to leave a message during the weekend and Bank holidays, which are processed as soon as possible. Calls are charged at local rates from anywhere in the UK.
